“We rise by understanding what’s happening, not pushing through it”

What is Menopause Coaching?

Menopause coaching is a form of non‑medical support designed to help women feel understood, supported, and more in control during perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.

At its heart, menopause coaching is about listening in order to provide support. It offers a safe, supportive space for you to talk openly about what you are experiencing — your symptoms, emotions, worries, and challenges without feeling rushed or dismissed. Through this process, you receive clear, personalised education to help you understand what is happening in your body and why you may be feeling the way you do.

Menopause coaching also supports you with practical, realistic strategies tailored to you and your life. This can include guidance around daily habits, emotional wellbeing, confidence and self‑care, as well as support with recognising your limits and communicating your needs — for example, managing energy levels, reducing overwhelm, and giving yourself permission to say no or slow down when needed. Regular check‑ins can help ensure you feel supported as things change.

Put simply, menopause coaching helps you make sense of this life stage, create a personalised plan that works for you, and feel less alone as you move through it — with understanding, reassurance, and support along the way.

Every woman will experience menopause, but no two journeys are the same. Menopause coaching respects this and meets you exactly where you are.

Support with compassion

I don’t believe in pushing through or ignoring what your body is telling you. I believe in informed choices, honest conversations, and support that meets you where you are.
By combining menopause education, coaching, and genuine care, I help women regain trust in their bodies and confidence in themselves.

This work is a collaboration — a supportive partnership designed to help you navigate change with clarity, steadiness, and self‑respect.

“Knowing I’m not alone at this stage of my life is reassuring. Understanding what is happening, and why, has really helped me to see light at the end of the tunnel.”
